Your Order with Shields and Shields
- If for any reason more information is needed and a telephone call or email to the sender is not answered after two hours, we will act at our discretion
- Our staff will use available types and colors of flowers for mixed arrangements and assorted rose arrangements when necessary due to fluctuations in the daily supply. We make every effort to ensure that the bouquet you receive resembles the bouquet ordered as closely as possible. Due to the seasonal availability of flowers or greens, some bouquets may vary slightly.
- If an accessory ordered was not included, a refund will be made only for the total paid for those item(s)
- During peak seasons, delivery may be made a day early to avoid delays
- Arrangements may sometimes not be exactly as the photograph on the website being an artistic creation but will be similar and of the same dollar value
- Fillers such as ferns, ruscus or foliage will be used based on availability
- We may call all recipient before delivery to confirm that the delivery can be received
- Once delivery has been received at the destination, the company will no longer bare responsibly for loss or damage
- Flowers produced and delivered as instructed are no longer the company’s responsibility
- We cannot give a time on deliveries especially out of the corporate area
